1 Where and When
The event will take place on January 17, 2026, at the Stellwerk Hamburg nightclub (Hamburger Bahnhof Harburg). Address: Hannoversche Str. 85, 21079 Hamburg
2 Suit Lounge – Who is allowed in?
A fursuiter (“suiter”) is any visitor who registers as a suiter during registration and owns at least one fursuit head.
• Suiters will receive a special badge upon entry. • The general dress code (sections 7 and 8) also applies to suiters. • Each suiter can designate a companion to accompany them into the lounge. • Photography and video recording in the lounge are strictly prohibited. Violators will be banned from the entire event.

4 Tickets, Resale & Cancellation
Personalized tickets are available exclusively in the official ticket shop at reg.winters-embrace.com
• Exchanges and cancellations are excluded. • Illness or non-appearance do not entitle you to a refund. • Resale is only possible with written approval from the organizer (a name change on the ticket is required).
Repeated or extreme violations of the Telegram chat rules may lead to exclusion from the festival. In this case, there is no right to a refund.
5 Admission & admission control
5.1 Proof of age
Participation is required for ages 18 and up. "Mother's note" or similar authorization forms are not accepted. Valid photo ID must be presented at the entrance. No ID = no entry.
5.2 Ticket & Badge
• Admission only with a valid ticket or a conspicuous, undamaged badge (“lanyard”). • Ticket exchange for a badge at the entrance. • Wear your badge visibly at all times or show it upon request. • No badge = exclusion. • Re-entry after leaving only with a badge.
5.3 Non-transferability
Copied, counterfeited or manipulated badges will immediately lose their validity and will be invalidated.
5.4 Security check
Security may conduct bag checks and, if there are any irregularities, body searches. By participating, each visitor consents to this.
5.5 Right of exclusion
The organizer may refuse admission or exclude participants from the event for important reasons. Important reasons include, but are not limited to:

Strong influence of alcohol or drugs

An already written out ban from a previous Winters Embrace festival on entry

Clearly inhumane, homophobic, transphobic or racist attitudes
In such cases, the ticket and badge can expire without refund.
6 House rules, rules of conduct & photo/video
6.1 House rules & liability
The organizer and its security personnel are responsible for the right to refuse entry. Damage to clothing or fursuits is not reimbursed by the organizer. The organizer is obligated to store discarded clothing and costumes and to supervise them on the premises. No liability can be assumed for the contents of bags.
6.2 Instructions from staff
Visitors must follow all instructions from staff, as well as any notices and safety notices posted on-site. This applies especially to those of the organizers, security personnel, and bar staff on-site.
Security has the following tasks: • Monitoring the suit lounge • De-escalation and reporting activities • Safeguarding the physical integrity of all Security may only remove people from the event after consultation with the organization.
The organizer reserves the right to supplement or specify these rules and to prohibit dangerous behavior. Instructions from security personnel must be followed at all times.
6.3 Rules of conduct
Every visitor must behave in such a way that no one else is harmed, endangered, hindered or harassed.

6.4 Safe Space
Winters Embrace is a safe space. Hate speech and shaming of any kind will not be tolerated.
6.5 Photo & Video
• Photography/filming for private use is permitted outside the Suit Lounge. • The personal rights of third parties must be respected. • By participating, everyone agrees that the organizer may use photo and video recordings without restrictions in terms of time, location, and content. • Requests for the deletion of individual recordings can be submitted using the contact form at www.winters-embrace.com.
6.6 Smoking & Vaping
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited indoors.
6.7 Bringing food
Bringing food, such as home-cooked meals, is only permitted after consulting the organizers. Small snacks for your own use are acceptable.
6.8 Report damage
Damage to third-party or venue property and inventory must be reported immediately to security or the event organizer. Willful destruction of third-party property will result in personal liability and immediate exclusion from the event.
7 Dress code
We see Winters Embrace as a mature, open club party. Everyone is welcome to dress however they feel comfortable – as long as it stays within the "conventional club" framework and doesn't display any prohibited writing or hateful images. In particular, band shirts or patches with anti-constitutional content are prohibited.
7.1 Light and heavy fetish accessories

Light fetish (allowed all day): collars with leashes, harnesses, skin-tight clothing, gothic half masks, etc.

Heavy Fetish (from 1:30 AM in the Suiter Lounge & on the premises): Fetish masks, soft suits, full-body latex clothing (unoiled; due to space constraints, we cannot guarantee that suits will not be touched), petsuits, etc. If you are unsure whether what you want to wear fits, contact us.

Primary and secondary sexual characteristics must be covered at all times.

This is not an “after-dark event” – even with relaxed dress codes, sexual intercourse in the event rooms is prohibited.
7.2 Rivets

Rivets made of soft plastic, fabric or other soft material: no restrictions.

Rounded metal rivets recommended.
-
Metal studded bracelets and belts with raised or pointed studs or lengths > 1.5 cm are prohibited.

Metal studded collars (stud length ≤ 10 cm) are permitted as long as consideration is given to other visitors.

In case of injury or damage to the suit, the person responsible is liable.
7.3 Makeup

Heavy makeup (e.g. corpse paint, glitter) must be neatly fixed.

Keep your distance from fursuiters if there is a risk of contamination.

The person responsible is liable for any pollution caused by negligent conduct.

Body painting is not permitted.

Depictions of blood are permitted; self-harm or suicide motifs are prohibited.
8 Prohibited items
8.1 Generally prohibited

8.2 Release and confiscation
The organizer may demand the handing over prohibited items. If the owner refuses, they may be expelled from the premises and their access permit may be revoked. Claims for compensation are excluded. Items that appear to be ownerless may be retained and, at the organizer's discretion, destroyed, handed over to the authorities, or made available to the owner for collection after the event.
8.3 Particularly dangerous objects
In the case of particularly dangerous items (e.g., technical weapons, drones, large pyrotechnic rockets), the organizer may expel the owner from the premises and withhold access authorization even after they have been returned or confiscated. The provisions under Section 5.2 apply to claims for compensation.
8.4 Eviction for violation of rules
Anyone who culpably violates these rules of conduct or instructions may be expelled from the event premises by the organizer and banned from the premises.
8.5 Criminal offenses
If a visitor commits or attempts to commit a crime (e.g. drug trafficking, physical assault, theft, sexual assault), he or she will be immediately removed from the premises without warning and the police will be contacted.
8.6 Consequences of entry in case of violations
If a visitor is denied entry or expelled from the premises for a valid reason (see section 5 or severe impairment), the ticket and badge will become invalid. The admission price will not be refunded. The organizer's claims for damages remain unaffected.
9 Hygiene & Infection Protection
9.1 Official requirements
Visitors undertake to provide any officially required proof (PCR, rapid antigen test, etc.) at their own expense and to submit a medical history form and vaccination/test status digitally or analogously.
9.2 Waiver in case of symptoms of illness
If visitors exhibit symptoms of an infectious disease (e.g. SARS-CoV-2, influenza), they should refrain from participating, inform others of symptoms, and seek medical assistance if necessary.
9.3 Infection control measures
The organizer may impose voluntary or non-official protective measures (testing, fever checks, etc.). Visitors bear the costs. There is no entitlement to special measures.
9.4 Special rules of conduct
Additional regulations (e.g., one-way routes, crowd restrictions) may be imposed. Failure to comply will result in removal from the premises.
10 Final provisions
10.1 Applicable law
Only German law applies.
10.2 Changes to the Terms and Conditions
The organizer may amend these Terms and Conditions for good cause (e.g., new laws, case law, market changes, clarification of interpretation issues, or changes to the offer). Changes are deemed accepted if the attendee does not object by email within one month of notification. If they do not object or refuse, their ticket will expire with effect from the change, without any right to reimbursement.
